It was tough following the Wimbledon finale... On one side was Rafa, my champion - the owner of my heart. And on the other side is Nole, the one player who makes me doubt my loyalty to Rafa.
Much as it pains me to admit, Rafa's ferocious die-for-every-shot style has probably started to catch up with him. He has injuries everywhere. He isn't likely to hold court for much longer after the reign of King Roger. What am I talking about?? In fact, Rafa's reign is over, too.
Not only has Nole won Wimbledon; he's also officially World No. 1 today, when the rankings are released.
The Djoker has become the king.
