There are many charming avenidas that stem from the Rua Do Visconde Paco de Arcos, Macau. Shit, that's a mouthful - but a delightful one, because it's off the beaten track. Sure, a first visit to Macau can't be complete without the requisite walk on Senado Leal and up St. Paul's ruin's, etc. But that's so, like, mass tourism. A number of visits later, you'd be aching for something else. And this just might be it.
The Sofitel on Ponte 16 proves to be fabulous quarters for travelers looking just for that something else. A little bit less people. A little bit more privacy. A lot greater satisfaction.
But don't simply believe me.
I'll let the photos do the talking.
