Miyabi, Hong Kong
Hello, Friends!
Trooped to Miyabi today to celebrate Joanne's birthday.
The restaurant is outfitted in dark wood, crystals, a mosaic installation, and plush seats.
The terrace provides an arresting view of the Victoria Harbour and of the iconic Hong Kong skyline.
Service is polite and attentive.
Food is beautifully presented on exquisite, unique pieces of pewter, stone, ceramic, clay... Lovingly prepared, delicately flavoured, expertly executed.
It was such a beautiful meal.
For an hour or so, no heartache mattered. I was one with the earth, the water and the sky.
I am... Miyabi.
With Affection,
James
