Kare-Kare (n) : Kare-kare is a Philippine stew. It is made from peanut sauce with a variety of vegetables, stewed oxtail, beef, and occasionally offal or tripe.
But as hours sped past without much care or notice,
more and more ingredients were thrown into the silly mix.
